Shenzhen Chenhan Technology Co., Ltd. uses the name, contact details, company, country, product interest, quantity and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Email delivery and storage
Submissions are processed by our website hosting provider, Vercel, and sent using Tencent QQ Mail to glassch@126.com and yesjoanna@foxmail.com. These email providers process and retain messages in the team’s mailboxes. The website does not store the contents of your inquiry in a database or browser storage. Technical processing may take place outside your country.
Your choices
Submitting is optional. You can instead contact us directly. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask about retention, email glassch@126.com. Withdrawing permission to contact you does not undo messages already sent.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information and necessary access or security cookies. This website does not add advertising trackers or store form data in browser storage.
To prevent spam and repeated submissions, we use Supabase to store keyed hashes of network addresses, contact details and inquiry content, together with temporary counters and delivery status. These security records contain no readable message or contact details. They expire within 24 hours and expired records are removed when the security service next processes a request.

Email, phone and WhatsApp links open external applications. If you choose to use them, that is a separate action outside this website, subject to those services’ privacy practices.
